Terms of Contract

CM Healthcare Ltd (herinafter referred to as the company) does not commit themselves to accept orders at the quoted herein or at any other prices. The prices quoted in this list are subject to revision without notice. All goods will be invoiced at prices ruling at the date of invoice. ALL PRICES ARE EXCLUDING VAT. FREE DELIVERY ON ORDERS OVER £25.00 & £1.75 DELIVERY CHARGE ON ORDERS UNDER £25.00

Claims

Goods damaged or lost in transit must be notified to the company within 2 days of delivery, failing which the company will not entertain any claims for such loss. PLEASE NOTE CREDIT CANNOT BE GIVEN FOR PRESCRIPTION MEDICINES.

Accounts

Accounts are strictly net and due within 30 days of the date of invoice.

Title

All goods supplied will remain the property of CM Healthcare Ltd until all debts are paid in full. The risk shall pass to the buyer on delivery.
